Job Description
The Part-time Closing Supervisor/Key Holder oversees store operations and staff during evening shifts at our wine and spirits retail location. This role ensures excellent customer service, proper cash handling procedures, store security, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked sales floor. The Night Supervisor serves as the manager on duty and key holder for closing the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead part-time sales associates during evening shifts Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries/complaints Ensure cash registers are properly balanced and cash handling procedures followed Open/close the store, arming/disarming the security system as a keyholder Conduct nightly cleaning duties and ensure store is organized and presentable Merchandise products on shelves, build displays, and maintain back stock Enforce company policies and ensure staff compliance with regulations Identify potential security risks and prevent theft/loss Place product orders and monitor inventory levels as neededRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills Basic math skills and experience with cash handling/balancing Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits products is a plus Must be 21+ years old and able to pass background checkBenefits:
