Location:

Woonsocket, RI We are seeking a Child and Family Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide leadership and supervision to a community- and home-based children and families team within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). The Supervisor will oversee a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, nurse, youth partner, and case managers providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families in home, school, and community settings. This position provides clinical supervision and consultation, supports staff with complex cases and crisis situations, and ensures services are trauma-informed, family-centered, and responsive to the needs of children and families. Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative supervision to children's behavioral health staff.

Provide consultation/assistance on assessment, treatment planning, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning.

Review clinical documentation and support timely, high-quality service delivery.

Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and coordination of care.

Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.

Support staff development, training, performance, and adherence to CCBHC and agency standards.

Assist with program development, quality improvement, and coordination across CCBHC services.

Provide direct clinical services as needed. Qualifications LICSW or

LMHC/LMFT

with 5 years of experience post independent licensure

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is required.

Supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge of trauma-informed care, children's behavioral health, crisis intervention, risk assessment, and community-based services.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
