Maintain a positive attitude and inspire the team to deliver excellent service and uphold Super Chix standards.

Shift Management:

Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, and delegating tasks.

Guest Experience:

Ensure every guest receives top-notch service and a memorable dining experience.

Team Support:

Coach and train team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.

Operational Excellence:

Monitor food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Problem Solving:

Handle guest concerns or operational challenges calmly and effectively.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications 1+ year of restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. REQUIREMENTS

Experience in Restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong Communication and Leadership Skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
