Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Ice Cream Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain food safety standards, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities Supervise daily shop operations, including food preparation, serving, and cash handling to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels for all ingredients and products Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in compliance with health regulations Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere Conduct shift management duties including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and safety checks Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong leadership abilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate transaction processing Excellent team management skills including staff training, supervising, interviewing, and performance evaluations Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food cost management Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and sales reconciliation; familiarity with food safety regulations is preferred Join our team as an Ice Cream Shop Manager where your leadership will create memorable experiences for customers while fostering a positive work environment.
