Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store
• Oversee and supervise a team of retail sales associates
• Train and onboard new employees, including conducting interviews and recruiting efforts
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including pricing and restocking
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions and manage cash register operations
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or retail management is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
