Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and improve the overall shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels, perform budgeting tasks, and manage financial reports to optimize store profitability. Maintain an organized and clean store environment that meets health and safety standards. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff. Skills Proven experience in retail store management or retail leadership roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and concerns. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to support store operations. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Strong mathematical skills for managing transactions and inventory control. Experience in interviewing candidates and building effective teams.
