Duties Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow during your shift Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets Manage customer interactions, resolving issues promptly and building strong relationships Promote products through engaging demonstrations, in-person customer service, and product knowledge sharing Handle sales transactions, including upselling and handling objections to maximize revenue Coordinate marketing efforts such as social media management, event marketing, and brand promotion within the store Collect data on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels to inform future strategies Conduct product demos and in-store promotions to enhance customer engagement and brand representation Qualifications Previous retail experience is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse clientele Experience in social media management or event marketing is beneficial Demonstrated ability in customer relationship building and customer service excellence Knowledge of retail store products and technical proficiency with point-of-sale systems Ability to handle sales objections confidently and promote products persuasively Excellent public speaking skills for conducting product demos or team briefings Join us as a Retail Shift Supervisor to lead with enthusiasm, foster a positive shopping environment, and drive our brand forward!
