Auntie Anne's at Broadway at the Beach is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our crew and support daily operations in one of the most popular destinations in Myrtle Beach. What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, uphold brand standards, and help develop a winning team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in leading and training crew members Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily operations Ensure excellent customer service and team performance Handle register operations, cash handling, and bank deposits Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health compliance Monitor inventory levels and support vendor communication Step in as Manager-on-Duty when needed Uphold Auntie Anne's standards in appearance, service, and quality What We're Looking For Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality Leadership or shift supervisor experience preferred Positive, team-first attitude and strong communication skills Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable, organized, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced setting Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check Why Join Auntie Anne's at Broadway?
