Position Summary Tire Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Tire Store Manager to lead the daily operations and overall performance of one of our commercial tire locations. The Store Manager is responsible for managing the store employees, customer service, inventory, sales, and day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring a safe, efficient, and profitable operation. This position plays a key role in developing customer relationships, growing sales, controlling expenses, and building a strong team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in the commercial tire, automotive, fleet, heavy-duty service, or related industry who understands the importance of customer service, operational efficiency, and employee accountability. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Oversee all daily store operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment Coordinate workflow between sales, service technicians, warehouse personnel, and delivery drivers Ensure customer orders and service requests are completed accurately and on time Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards Sales & Customer Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers and fleet accounts Support sales efforts and identify opportunities to grow revenue and gross profit Work with customers to resolve questions, concerns, and service issues quickly and professionally Help develop local sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share and store visibility Monitor sales and profitability against established goals Inventory & Financial Management Oversee inbound and outbound inventory and maintain accurate inventory levels Ensure proper stocking levels based on customer demand and sales activity Monitor inventory accuracy, product movement, and potential losses Assist with budgeting, expense control, and overall store profitability Ensure proper cash handling, invoicing, and loss-prevention procedures Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and develop store employees while maintaining a culture of accountability and teamwork Supervise and support commercial tire technicians, warehouse employees, and delivery drivers Participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable for performance, safety, and customer service Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Qualifications & Experience Previous management or leadership experience in commercial tires, automotive service, fleet service, heavy-duty service, or a related industry is a plus Strong understanding of commercial tire products and service is preferred Proven ability to lead and develop employees in a fast-paced environment Experience with sales, inventory management, budgeting, and expense control Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and make sound decisions independently Experience with POS, inventory, and/or business management software Must be willing to be hands-on and actively involved in the daily operation of the store What We're Looking For We are looking for a leader who takes ownership of their location and understands that store performance starts with the team .
