Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience Assist in training and developing team members to enhance performance Maintain accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and payroll records in compliance with company policies Support purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and inventory control to maximize profitability Skills Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail/Food and Beverage industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping tasks Skilled in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution Ability to perform retail math calculations related to sales, pricing, and budgeting accurately Experience with employee orientation, training & development, and operational management Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising standards, and stock control procedures Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Familiarity with products (Beer, Wine, Delta, and Spirits) is a must Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities confidently Join us as a Floor Manager/Key Holder to lead our team with energy and enthusiasm!
