Responsibilities Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service standards in the absence of the Store Leader. Supporting the Store Leader in interviewing and hiring new team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development. Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales and manage transactions. Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks and effective stock management practices. Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment for customers and staff. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in retail management. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy retail setting. Proficient in interviewing techniques to identify top talent for the team. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Proven sales skills with the ability to drive revenue growth through effective strategies. Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is essential. Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
