Automotive Detail Manager Needed - We're Growing! Top Pay and Full Benefits! Join the All-New Northtown Ford Team! The all-new Northtown Ford in Yankton is looking for an experienced, motivated, and quality-focused Automotive Detail Manager to lead our detailing department. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows what a properly detailed vehicle should look like, and can build a high-performing team. As the Detail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the department, maintaining high standards, training and managing employees, and making sure every vehicle is delivered looking its best. What You'll Do Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the vehicle detailing department. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and motivate detail technicians. Establish and maintain high standards for vehicle appearance and quality. Inspect vehicles before they leave the detail department to ensure work meets Northtown Ford standards. Organize workflow and prioritize vehicles to meet sales, service, and delivery deadlines. Monitor department productivity, efficiency, and quality. Lead by example and assist with detailing when needed. Train employees on proper washing, interior cleaning, paint care, polishing, waxing, and other detailing procedures. Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and professionally throughout the detailing process. What We're Looking For Previous professional automotive detailing experience. Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive detailing techniques and products. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Why Northtown Ford?
