Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance and employee engagement Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and customer service excellence Manage inventory control through stock monitoring, merchandising, purchasing, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability and presentation standards are met Implement effective sales strategies, pricing policies, and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction Conduct interviewing, employee orientation, scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations to build a strong team Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized environment Utilize management skills to oversee budgeting, cost control, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks for smooth store functioning Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team leadership and operational oversight Demonstrated proficiency in supervising staff through effective communication skills, managerial decision-making, and conflict resolution Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for financial transactions Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively Prior experience in recruiting, training new employees, and developing team members for growth within the company Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, sales analysis, budgeting, and merchandising techniques Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership will energize your team to deliver outstanding retail experiences!
