Site Manager Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Cleaning Staff Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams in Elizabethton, TN. In this role, you will maintain high cleaning standards, manage daily team schedules, and ensure complete client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is not afraid to work alongside the team while keeping everyone motivated and efficient.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff on daily assignments and proper cleaning techniques.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished jobs to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
Operations & Scheduling:
Coordinate daily team schedules, assign cleaning zones, and manage staff attendance.
Inventory Control:
Monitor cleaning supply levels, handle equipment maintenance, and restock supplies as needed.
Client Communication:
Address client requests or feedback quickly and professionally on-site.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines, including the correct use of chemical cleaning agents and equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in professional cleaning (commercial, residential, or hospitality).
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager is highly preferred.
Communication:
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to direct staff and converse with clients.
Reliability:
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to travel between job sites.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
