Assistant Manager needed for a photography/sales business in the beautiful, Gatlinburg Skylift Park. We are seeking someone who is sales driven, energetic and has experience with high volume. Must be able to work weekends. Open availability is a plus. Learn the digital photography business from the experts. There is so much more to it than pushing a button. You will gain expertise in; digital photography, staging, lighting, customer service, spending per person, sales techniques, goal attainment and sales commissions. The Assistant Manager should be a self-motivated and results-driven leader, who can direct and manage our organization's business activities. Duties for the Lead Supervisor will include photographing the guest(s), selling product, enforcing policies, monitoring and motivating staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities. While on shift, the noteworthy Lead Supervisor should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain and enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
