We pride ourselves on offering great value, friendly service, and a welcoming shopping experience. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an organized, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable managing inventory.
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL AND TRAIN IN CLINTON, TN UNTIL STORE OPENS.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service Manage inventory using barcode scanning and POS systems Manage cash handling procedures, including registers, deposits, and balancing drawers Ensure accurate pricing, tagging, and stock organization Receive shipments and coordinate restocking of clothing and other merchandise Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Monitor sales performance and help drive store success Create staff schedules and manage basic administrative tasks Train staff on proper loss prevention and cash handling practices Qualifications Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred Experience with barcode/POS systems strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance at a low cost after 60 days Paid vacation time after first year Access to additional voluntary insurance options Employee discount: 20% off store merchandise (exclusions apply) Supportive, family-oriented work environment
