We're looking for someone who is polished, professional, fashion-forward, outgoing, and personable. You should enjoy connecting with customers, leading a team, solving problems, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. Bridal experience is NOT required. Strong retail, sales, or management experience matters more. Experience in fashion, bridal, formalwear, pageant, beauty, jewelry, or specialty retail is a plus. What You'll Do Help lead daily store operations and employees Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales Assist customers with bridal, formalwear, pageant, and specialty merchandise Manage schedules, appointments, orders, and inventory Keep the store organized, attractive, and customer-ready Take initiative and confidently handle day-to-day challenges We're Looking For Retail management or strong retail leadership experience Strong sales and customer service skills Polished, professional, and fashion-conscious Friendly, outgoing, and confident with customers Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable leading others and making decisions Starting at $20/hour with opportunities for increases based on performance.
