$60,000-$62,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Assistant Store Manager to support a luxury retail boutique in Nashville. This opportunity is ideal for a polished retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client and team experiences. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, elevate client service, develop team talent, and maintain high visual and operational standards. You will be a visible leader on the sales floor, helping to create a collaborative, high-performing boutique environment. Key Responsibilities Lead by example and serve as a professional role model for all team members. Support sales growth through exceptional client service, strong product knowledge, and memorable customer experiences. Coach and develop team members to uphold high standards in service, selling, and product expertise. Help foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture. Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent. Support the development of a high-performing team that achieves individual and store sales goals. Maintain an elevated visual presentation in accordance with established brand standards and directives. Assist with daily store operations, including stockroom organization and inventory activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements. Complete administrative responsibilities accurately, efficiently, and on time. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or a comparable client-service environment. Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and operational follow-through. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and team members. A genuine passion for luxury fashion and delivering an exceptional client experience. Commitment to building a long-term, fulfilling career in retail leadership.
