KARM Stores is seeking a Team Lead - Production to oversee daily backroom operations at our Illinois Ave thrift location. This role coordinates donations processing, pricing, sorting, and stocking to ensure a consistent flow of quality merchandise to the sales floor. The Team Lead trains and guides production associates, monitors productivity and quality standards, and supports safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is organized, can lift and move donations, models Christ-centered service, and collaborates closely with store leadership to meet sales and ministry goals while supporting a positive, mission-focused team culture.
