This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales, customer service, and retail operations in a fast-paced setting. This shift will typically be from 2pm-11pm. Some hours can vary. Weekends are required. Duties Operate POS systems such as Clover and handheld POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and upselling or adding on items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, showroom, and products Assist with stocking, merchandising, and overall guest satisfaction Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth workflow with stocking and utilizing the register Support team members with stocking products, selling products, and closing procedures to ensure readiness for the next day Supprt day time management with tasks that may not have been completed fully during business hours Count inventory Receive product shipments Skills Proven experience in customer service and sales Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS and handheld POS; strong cashiering skills required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell and add on items confidently Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy evening hours Knowledge of customer service, able to quickly adapt, and basic math including retail math for transactions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Evening/Night Assistant Manager at Duck Yeah! to bring energy, enthusiasm, and excellent service to our guests every day here in The Island of Pigeon Forge!
