The Entry Level Assistant Manager will also be a part of connecting with customers, learning about their service requests, and creating an unforgetting experience. Entry Level Assistant Manager:
Gain firsthand experience in every area of our energy business solutions by engaging with customers daily and listening to their needs to provide the best service solution Work with businesses and customers across Dallas to understand their energy savings requests and match them with reliable cost effective services During interactions, manage their accounts with care and precision, answering any questions they may have Learn the skills to process orders for customers leaving them satisfied and with ease about their new service and enrollment Assist in developing team members to achieve personal and professional success in their sales roles Learn proven leadership techniques, time management, and strategic planning to prepare for a future management position Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and provide input to help improve team productivity and customer engagementEntry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
