May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring the success of our retail store. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively. ### Duties- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing guidance and support to staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner ### Experience To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in shift management or supervisory roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
