Job Description
Description In-Store Marketing Manager oversees and implements in-store marketing strategies across WWGS, including but not limited to: price, print, digital, thematic signage and brand messaging. Key job responsibilities
- Own the Sign Central platform as the primary business stakeholder, representing Pricing, Promotion, Merchandising, Marketing, Quality Standards, Food Safey, and Legal teams
- Define and advocate for business requirements across cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, prioritize roadmap items, and ensure successful delivery
- Design and implement strategy for item-level signage templates that meet business and customer needs
- Prioritize Sign Central enhancements, new features, and critical data requirements based on business impact
- Partner with project sponsors to set clear expectations and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Partner with Change Enablement stakeholders to launch and support new Sign Central processes, training programs, and features
- Drive successful integration of pricing and promotional enhancements into the Sign Central platform A day in the life Collaborates with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Merchandising Teams.
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
- Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
