Job Description

Launch your leadership career with the Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program along the Texas Coast. In this rotational role, you'll learn store operations, B2B and retail sales, inventory and merchandising while supporting customers in construction, industrial and marine markets. Gain hands-on experience coaching teams, interpreting performance metrics, and executing safety and service standards. Through structured training, mentorship and real responsibilities, you'll build the skills to progress into assistant manager, store manager and broader operations or sales leadership roles across Sherwin-Williams. Responsibilities Complete structured training in sales, store operations and leadership. Support daily branch operations including opening, closing and cash handling. Engage customers, assess needs and recommend Sherwin-Williams products and solutions. Manage inventory, merchandising and stock levels to meet demand. Track sales and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in safety, compliance and quality procedures in line with company standards. Collaborate with managers and peers on local sales and growth initiatives. Prepare for advancement into assistant manager or store manager roles.
