Job Description Summary Come work for a renowned, privately owned, multi-state firm based in Denver, CO with 15 upscale shopping plaza locations in the US. This is a dynamic, growing business with plans to open 7 more locations within the next year. As a Store Manager, you will have a critical role in the growth and success of this thriving company. Qualifications
  • Relevant Work Experience. Must have experience in a customer service, sales, or hospitality organization. A management mindset is required, but management experience is not required.
Education Level:
College degree is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a dedication to creating a delightful, upscale customer service experience.
  • Must have an experienced understanding of sales techniques and customer mindsets.
  • Must be a self-starter and a productive independent worker while contributing to a team environment.
  • Must work well in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Must have reasonable analytical skills and basic math skills.
  • Must have a dedication to accuracy and accountability.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
  • Attending 3 weeks of paid training (flight and hotel are paid for by the company).
  • Opening & closing the store each day.
  • Ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
  • Greeting and welcoming customers.
  • Explaining the purchasing process.
  • Evaluating inventory that is presented. Performing quality tests of inventory to ensure it is up to standards.
  • Managing inventory storage and shipping processes.
  • Recording transactions accurately in our internal processing system.
  • Resolving customer requests while providing a concierge-level hospitality experience for customers.
  • Reviewing transactions meticulously for accuracy.
  • Attending weekly meetings with other store managers.
  • Creating reports for management as needed.
  • Other miscellaneous ad hoc requests as provided by management.
  • This is an in-office position which cannot be done remotely.
  • The dress code is business attire (typically dress shirt and dress pants).
  • Hours are: 5 days per week - 9am to 6pm.
  • It may occasionally be required to stay late to balance the day's transactions (if they are not balanced by 6pm). Benefits
