This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to help maintain a fun, welcoming, and efficient environment. Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Provide outstanding guest service by creating a warm, friendly, and memorable Kilwins experience. Assist guests with product selections, sampling, and upselling when appropriate. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Operations & Store Standards Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Ensure store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising meet Kilwins standards. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocking, and report shortages or discrepancies. Assist in fudge, chocolate, and ice cream production as needed. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate team members during assigned shifts. Delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely completion. Support a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and accountability. Cash Handling & Compliance Oversee cash handling, register operations, and daily reconciliations when assigned. Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies. Uphold Kilwins' brand standards and operational guidelines. Qualifications Previous retail or food service experience (supervisory experience preferred). Must be 18+ age Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Basic math and computer skills (POS system experience a plus). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Work Schedule Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part-time or full-time availability depending on store needs.
