Available Help for . The Assistant Store Manager supports the daily operations of the retail store by assisting with staff supervision, customer service, sales performance, inventory management, and merchandising. This role helps ensure an organized, efficient, and customer-focused shopping experience while supporting the Store Manager in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and staff supervision.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance expectations.

Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development.

Monitor sales performance and help achieve store sales goals.

Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.

Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.

Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Open and close the store following company policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous retail experience (min. 2yrs), including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
