We sell in store, online through three Shopify stores, and on eBay. We are authorized dealers for independent brands, run an in-house watchmaking workshop, and exhibit at watch fairs across the US. The role You run the business day to day. Our managers in Retail, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and the Workshop report to you. Your job is to make sure each of them reaches their goals, to control the quality of their work, and to solve problems so they don't escalate to the owners. You report to the two co-owners. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing company, not a corporate management job. The systems and processes exist. We need someone who runs the business through them and makes the people in it perform. What you'll do Lead and develop the management team across both locations: set priorities, run weekly check-ins and hold each manager to their quarterly goals Review weekly reporting from every department, spot problems early and act on them Own escalations from staff, customers and vendors Bring the Wichita location up to the Fort Worth standard in processes, customer experience and results Oversee facilities at both locations Use and enforce our systems (inventory/order management, Shopify, CRM) and flag where processes need improving Document decisions, standards and follow-ups so nothing depends on memory What we're looking for Exceptionally organized. You track many open items across many people, and nothing falls through. Self-motivated. You see what needs doing and do it without being asked or checked on. You use AI every day. Tools like Claude or ChatGPT are part of how you work: drafting, analyzing, summarizing and solving problems faster. A problem solver. You bring solutions, not just problems, and you decide with the information you have. Comfortable holding people accountable. You give clear, direct feedback and follow through on it. Comfortable with numbers. You read sales reports, margins and KPIs and know what to ask. A strong written communicator. Clear emails, clear documentation, clear expectations. Trustworthy and discreet. You'll work with high-value inventory and confidential information. 5+ years of management experience, including managing managers, ideally in retail, hospitality or a multi-location business Nice to have Luxury goods or watch industry experience Experience with Shopify, a CRM or inventory systems Multi-location or turnaround experience Details Full-time, based in Fort Worth, TX, with regular travel to Wichita, KS (travel expenses covered) Some weekend availability (we're open seven days) $100,000+ base salary plus a quarterly performance bonus How to apply Send your resume and answer these two questions: Describe one task you do regularly with AI and how much time it saves you. How do you keep track of open items across several people? Applications without answers to both questions won't be considered.
