We Open Our New Frisco Location:

We're opening a brand-new automotive detailing location in Frisco, Texas , and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Detailing Shop Manager to help lead the operation from day one. This is more than a management position. You'll be hands-on in a professional, temperature-controlled automotive detailing shop equipped with the tools, equipment, and environment you need to produce high-quality work. You'll perform and oversee full-service automotive details, paint corrections, and ceramic coatings while helping establish the standards, culture, and reputation of our new location. Why Join Us? What You'll Do:

Perform high-quality automotive detailing services. Perform paint corrections and ceramic coating installations. Inspect vehicles and identify additional services that can improve the customer's vehicle. Recommend appropriate upgrades and upsells. Help maintain exceptional quality and consistency across every vehicle. Manage daily shop workflow and ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment. Help train and develop detailing staff as the team grows. Communicate professionally with customers and ensure an excellent customer experience. Help establish and maintain the standards and procedures for the new Frisco location.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

At least 1 year of professional paint correction experience. At least 1 year of ceramic coating experience. Strong automotive detailing skills. High attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Reliable, professional, and motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Management or shop-lead experience is a plus , but proven detailing ability, professionalism, and leadership are what matter most.
