What You'll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers. Promote sales and negotiate deals on a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise, coach, and influence store team members through hands-on leadership. Create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets apart. Looking For:
High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience. Engaging personality with solid leadership and strong negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent judgment. Strong time-management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build solid, ongoing customer relationships. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance to drive a company vehicle.
