Join Upstanding Roofing as an In-Home Sales Closer Are you a natural relationship builder who can earn trust, communicate value, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale? Upstanding Roofing is seeking competitive, coachable, and high-energy Sales Representatives to join our Greater Houston team. This is a structured, consultative, one-call-close opportunity with company-provided homeowner appointments. There is no required cold calling or door-to-door prospecting. Role Overview As an In-Home Sales Closer, you will meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their roof. Your primary responsibility is to lead the homeowner through Upstanding Roofing's proven consultation process, understand their needs, explain the available roofing and financing options, address concerns, and confidently close the sale. This position is ideal for someone who is persuasive, professional, coachable, good at reading people, and motivated by performance-based income. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct scheduled in-home appointments with company-provided leads. Build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners. Ask consultative questions to understand the homeowner's concerns, priorities, budget, and timeline. Conduct approved exterior, attic, ground-level, ladder-side, drone, or measurement-based assessments. Clearly explain roofing systems, materials, warranties, installation standards, and financing options. Present Good, Better, and Best roofing solutions. Communicate value before presenting price. Address homeowner questions and objections professionally. Ask directly and confidently for the sale. Assist homeowners with financing prequalification when appropriate. Complete contracts, photos, financing documents, and CRM records accurately. Follow up with homeowners who do not purchase during the initial appointment. Provide a complete project handoff to the production team. Participate in training, roleplaying, coaching, and performance meetings. Sales Representatives do not climb or walk on roofs. Compensation and Benefits This is a full-time W-2 position with significant performance-based earning potential. Expected earnings of $100,000-$250,000+ annually 8% commission on company-provided leads Higher commission opportunities for approved self-generated business Uncapped commission potential Paid sales and roofing training Company-provided leads and scheduled appointments No required cold calling or door-to-door prospecting Company vehicle and gas card, subject to company policy and eligibility Health and dental benefit options Ongoing coaching and manager-assisted closing support Opportunities for advancement into training, management, and leadership Compensation is not guaranteed. Earnings depend on sales production, closing performance, appointment volume, cancellations, collected revenue, and compliance with company policies.
