May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job Description

We are seeking a career-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Assistant Manager. This position is designed for candidates who want to develop professional skills in sales, customer relations, and business operations while working toward future leadership opportunities. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will begin by learning the day-to-day responsibilities of our customer-facing team, including sales, account support, and client interactions. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will gain experience in communication, team collaboration, and business development while building a foundation for long-term growth within the company. Key Responsibilities Meet with customers to provide information about products and services Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients Learn and apply effective sales and customer service techniques Assist customers with questions and help identify solutions that fit their needs Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately Work closely with team members to achieve individual and company goals Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication, and professional development Gain exposure to business operations, client management, and team support functions Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working with customers in a professional environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the

$1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
