You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a set or changing schedule, perfect image and adhere to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability will all be requirements for the position.ADVANCEMENT

Must be willing and able to open and close the store.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be dependable, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
