An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Full Job Description Job Summary:
This position contributes to by assisting upper management in executing all store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys Team Members and delegates tasks so that managers can create and maintain The Health Nut Experience for our guests. Managers also delegate, teach, inform, inspire and lead by example. This includes knowing, understanding and being capable of performing all positions held including, but not limited to, helping make shakes, juices, prepare vegetables, clean and inform upper management with operations, ordering, inventory and any tasks involved with the company.Job Requirements:
At least one year of managerial experience delegating tasks to other team members and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees Complete training Assessments and In-Person Evaluations. Team members working as Assistant Managers are expected to be familiar with all Store working positions. Full Time only. Must have a High School Diploma Must be Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English) Must Pass Background Check Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Obtain & Maintain a Managers Food Handler's License Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays-must be "on call" Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communicationPhysical Requirements:
- Frequent walking, may even climb stairs and use ladders
- Repeated or prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Occasional rapid movement and physical agility
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling, up to 25 lbs
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
