Pay:

$45,000 to $55,000 per year (salaried), depending on experience, plus performance incentives tied to sales and event growth. About Arwa Yemeni Coffee Arwa Yemeni Coffee brings authentic Yemeni coffee, specialty drinks, and warm hospitality to Murphy. We are a community gathering place with a growing local following and a brand-new patio built for events. We are looking for a leader to help us make the most of it. The Role This is a hands-on Store Manager role for someone who can do more than keep the shop running. You will actively grow it. You will own the customer-growth engine (marketing, events, the patio, and community partnerships) while leading the team and day-to-day operations. What You Will Do:

Growth and Customers Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer traffic Attract new customers and build loyalty among existing ones Network with local groups and organizations to host events at the coffee shop Plan and oversee events, and maximize use of our patio space Run promotions, loyalty programs, and special events Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups

What You Will Do:
