A Retail Store Manager manages a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job Description
Experience in automotive or heavy duty parts sales is required. Must be 20 or older with a clean driving record and able to pass a background check. This is a fulltime position with some Saturdays. Starting pay is based on parts and parts industry knowledge and supervisory experience, The duties of this position are as below but not limited to: Parts sales for automotive, HD truck, and construction equipment. Make hydraulic hoses, open and close the store, uphold company policy, occasional driving, stocking, inventory and other store duties and tasks.
•must be able to lift 50lbs, stand for 8 hours, climb ladders
