Responsibilities Internship Summary Helping Texans is the H-E-B Way. Spend 10 weeks with us exploring the retail industry as an H-E-B Store Operations Intern. Program dates will be from May 24th - July 30th , the days and hours you'll work will vary based on a retail schedule including some night and weekend shifts . You will be assigned to one of our Stores and learn the ins and outs of being a People Leader and running a store directly from Operations leaders who were once in your shoes! Be prepared to learn about financials, inventory, people planning, HR, taking care of our customers and much more!
