Job description Mouratoglou is looking for a Pro Shop Manager in the future San Antonio Racket Club, to oversee the daily operations and commercial performance of our Pro Shop, while delivering a premium customer experience. As the face of the Pro Shop, you will combine retail management, customer service and strong operational skills in a dynamic sports environment. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop Drive sales and provide personalized product recommendations to clients Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment and purchasing Ensure attractive merchandising in line with Mouratoglou brand standards Oversee point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records Coordinate apparel, equipment and special orders Supervise the Pro Shop team, including scheduling and daily organization. Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-organized retail environment Work closely with the Tennis Director and on-site teams to support programs, events and the overall client experience Contribute to the profitability and commercial development of the Pro Shop Profile Previous experience in retail, sports, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment Strong commercial mindset and excellent customer service skills Organized, reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented Strong team spirit and communication skills Knowledge of tennis and tennis equipment is a strong plus
