Shop Supervisor Global Casework Manufacturing Sugar Land, TX Job Details Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Manufacturing management Assembly Manufacturing facility experience Millwork Data collection Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Millwork Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our cabinet processing department. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC machining knowledge, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to supporting production and assembly activities. This position is responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, safety, labor tracking accuracy, and adherence to production schedules , tracking material needs , while leading a team in a fast-paced architectural millwork manufacturing environment. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience with labor tracking, job costing, and production reporting systems. Understanding of manufacturing job phases and accurate labor allocation procedures. Experience working with ERP or shop-floor data collection systems. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Production schedule adherence CNC machine utilization Panel press utilization Edge banding machine utilization Quality and rework rates Safety performance Labor efficiency Accurate time sheet coding On-time completion of projects and punch list
