In this energetic role, you will support the store's daily operations, lead a team , and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive sales growth, optimize inventory management, and uphold our high standards of customer service. Duties Assist with daily opening and closing procedures Ensure cleanliness, organization, and product standards are met Support smooth daily service operations Enforce health, safety, and company policies Team Leadership & Support Assist with supervising and supporting store staff Help train new team members on drinks, food, and procedures Lead shifts and assign tasks during service Hold staff accountable to attendance and performance expectations Customer Experience Provide excellent customer service Assist with resolving customer issues professionally Maintain a friendly, efficient service environment Inventory & Organization Assist with inventory counts and restocking Help receive and organize deliveries Reduce waste through proper handling and portioning Communication & Coordination Communicate operational needs or issues to Head Store Manager Coordinate with bakery and delivery teams as needed Assist with promotions, events, and daily specials Leadership Coverage Act as Manager on Duty when Head Store Manager is absent Ensure smooth store operations during assigned shifts.
