Position Summary The Head Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, supporting team development, and driving overall store performance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily store operations Supervise, train, and support baristas and shift leaders Maintain high standards for customer service and product quality Oversee scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage Monitor inventory, ordering, and supply levels Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development Monitor store performance, sales goals, and upselling opportunities Maintain a positive and productive work environment Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store needs and performance Assist with community events Qualifications Previous management experience preferred Coffee shop, restaurant, or food service experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Passion for customer service and team development Will be required to train in another store.

$43,680.00 per year
