What You'll Do:

Lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy salon vibe Deliver exceptional customer experiences (we call it the "Beaches Glow") Coach and motivate your team to hit sales goals and shine Drive memberships, product sales, and promotions with confidence Help manage daily operations and keep the salon running smoothly Be the go-to leader during evening and weekend shifts
