Warehouse Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to own floor operations across all five of our warehouse departments. This is the hub of our operation. You will manage a team of five department leads and their teams, run the weekly leads meeting, and serve as the single point of contact between the warehouse floor and company leadership. This role exists because we are growing and investing in structure. We need someone who can build and hold accountability, develop leads into stronger operators, and keep a compliance-heavy environment running at a high level every day. Extreme Ownership Extreme Candor We are never satisfied We are problem solvers What You Will Own Floor Operations Own daily execution across all five warehouse departments Ensure throughput targets are met without sacrificing accuracy or compliance Resolve cross-department issues at the floor level before they reach leadership Maintain R2 and data security compliance standards across all departments at all times Team Leadership Directly manage five department leads — coach, develop, and hold accountable Run the weekly leads meeting — cross-department updates, issue resolution, direction from leadership Train new leads and team members to standard before they work independently Identify and develop internal talent for future growth Operations & Systems Partner with other departments on SOP development, process improvement, and systems implementation Maintain accurate records in the CRM across all warehouse functions Flag equipment, supply, or facility issues and drive resolution Qualifications Experience 3+ years of warehouse operations management experience Background in ITAD or 3PL strongly preferred — candidates with this experience will be prioritized Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments or teams simultaneously Experience in a compliance-heavy or certified environment (R2, ISO, e-Stewards, or similar is a plus) Skills & Qualities Strong floor presence — you lead from the front, not from a desk Clear communicator — you can translate direction from leadership into action on the floor Accountability-driven — you hold your team to standard and take ownership of outcomes Process-oriented — you see where things break down and know how to fix them Calm under pressure — you resolve issues without creating chaos Proficient with warehouse management systems and CRM platforms What We Offer Health insurance Full-time, on-site position in American Fork, UT A company that is growing fast and investing in structure — your work will matter Direct line to leadership and real ownership of your department Opportunity to grow into a broader operational leadership role as the company scales Assetworx is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
