Job Overview The Wholesale Sales Manager owns Perk's wholesale business, starting with Costco and expanding into new retail channels over time. This role leads the day-to-day execution that keeps our retail business growing, including inventory, forecasting, roadshows, and buyer relationships, while building the strategy and pipeline for Perk's next wave of retail expansion. This is a hands-on role for a driven operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to take ownership of a meaningful part of the business. You'll work directly with buyers, brokers, warehouse managers, and the internal Perk team to make sure inventory is on shelves, sales are growing, and the brand shows up strong in every store. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to drive sell-through, pitch new products, and open new doors across club, mass, grocery, and specialty retail. Responsibilities & Duties Own Perk's Costco relationship end-to-end, including buyer communication, account management, and day-to-day execution Manage POs for inline business and ensure timely fulfillment Plan and execute roadshows, including logistics, staffing, calendaring, and on-site coordination Forecast demand and coordinate inventory with retail partners to prevent stockouts and overstocks Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse managers across regions Pitch new products and flavor extensions to buyers Partner with our broker (Jeff) to pull sales data, surface insights, and stay ahead of buyer activity Monitor sales and inventory daily, flag risks early, and act fast when buyers aren't paying attention Own revenue recognition and reporting for the wholesale channel Join weekly sprints with the Perk team to align on priorities and execution Work with the Marketing team on retail-specific emails, campaigns, and roadshow promotion Identify, pitch, and open new retail accounts to expand Perk's wholesale footprint beyond Costco Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 2-5 years of experience managing retail accounts, ideally with Costco or other club/mass channels Strong understanding of retail operations including POs, forecasting, inventory management, and revenue recognition Experience working with brokers, buyers, and warehouse teams Comfortable with roadshow execution and willing to travel as needed Sharp analytical skills with the ability to read sales data and turn it into action Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and move quickly Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to take ownership and grow with the business
