You will directly manage a team of 5-7 billing and revenue cycle team members and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a high-performing billing operation: clean claims out the door, denials worked fast, A/R aging under control, and a team that knows its numbers. Ideal Candidate A proven billing or RCM leader who has managed a team, not just worked a queue Deep experience in medical insurance billing — DME, dental sleep medicine, sleep medicine, or telehealth billing experience is a strong plus Knows how to read an A/R aging report and turn it into a work plan Comfortable with commercial payors and payer medical policies; experience with prior authorizations and appeals
