Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Coaching, mentoring all team members
• Creating weekly staffing schedule
• Bank deposits
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Open/close store on your own
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Help with business development in the local area.

This may include attending networking events, Chamber of Commerce, and possibly attending some wedding vendor shows.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail management is required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
