Full-Time / Seasonal (October 2026 - February 2027 TBD) The Role Just Cozy is seeking a results-driven and energetic Store Manager to lead our location at the Southwest Plaza. As Store Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the store, driving sales through exceptional leadership and personal sales execution. You will ensure the store reflects our brand standards through meticulous presentation and provide our customers with a "Spirited Service" experience. This is a seasonal leadership position that requires a high degree of independence. Because our stores are often single-staffed, you must be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment while maintaining total accountability for store operations, inventory, and sales targets. • 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a management or high-level key holder role.
• Proven ability to stay motivated and productive during single-staffed shifts.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by the mall schedule.
