A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Job Description
- Help manage daily shop-floor workflow, priorities, and scheduling.
- Review incoming jobs and develop practical plans for completing the work.
- Coordinate machining, welding/fabrication, mechanical repair, and outside processes.
- Work directly with machinists, welders, mechanics, engineers, and project managers to solve problems.
- Evaluate industrial repair jobs, determine next steps, and help make sound technical decisions.
- Identify bottlenecks and keep jobs moving toward completion and delivery.
- Provide hands-on leadership, direction, and accountability to the shop team.
- Help improve productivity, organization, quality, and on-time delivery. What We're Looking For
- Strong background in machining, fabrication, industrial repair, or job-shop operations .
- Practical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, drawings, tolerances, and repair work.
- Previous shop leadership, supervision, planning, or project coordination experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to prioritize many different jobs in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adapting as repair jobs develop.
- Strong communicator who earns the respect of experienced tradespeople.
- Organized, accountable, dependable, and results-oriented.
Pay:
$76,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
