A Key Holder manages the opening and closing of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Manages store alarm and surveillance systems, supervises store operations when store management is not on duty, and supervises store cleaning staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and assists sales and cashier staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Hardware Department Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in directing the sales efforts of the hardware department.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Sales Direction :
Assist in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve departmental sales goals while promoting a culture of exceptional guest service.
Team Supervision :
Supervise team members to ensure extraordinary customer service is consistently delivered, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Policy Compliance :
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to store operations, especially in the absence of the Hardware Department Manager or Hardware Department Assistant Manager.
Guest Engagement :
Foster a welcoming and positive environment for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance their shopping experience.
Operational Support :
Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and training of new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Retail Experience :
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a hardware or home improvement setting.
Customer Service Skills :
Exceptional guest service skills with a positive attitude and a commitment to creating a memorable shopping experience.
Reliability :
Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, with a strong work ethic and accountability.
Multi-Tasking Ability :
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Product Knowledge :
