Our Assistant Managers combine hands-on leadership with relationship-based sales, front desk operations, and daily studio support to ensure every client visit is seamless, clean, and memorable, while also helping manage staff scheduling and day-to-day studio operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-time scheduling and manage staff coverage across shifts Support hiring, training, and coaching of Sales Associates and studio staff Greet and connect with every client to create a welcoming, elevated experience Guide first-time guests through their session and set them up for success Drive membership sales through personalized conversations and closing techniques Follow up with leads, past clients, and prospective members to increase conversions Maintain accurate booking, client notes, and membership details in the system Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating at the highest standard Oversee suite turnovers, laundry, and restocking throughout shifts Help set and drive team goals, fostering a positive, motivated studio environment Step in to support or resolve client and staff issues as needed Requirements Previous management experience required Previous experience in sales and customer service required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced environment Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.) Desired Skills & Traits Confident, natural leader with strong relationship-building and sales-closing skills Positive, high-energy, and team-oriented mindset Strong work ethic with a results-driven attitude Coachable and open to feedback and growth, while also able to coach others Passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best
